It started with a phone screening call by HR and then meeting the COO of the company to discuss the role and personal experience. After that, it was followed by a take-home case study on some real problems they are facing. It's very time-consuming and without much instructions about what's required in it. Was invited to present to the COO onsite after submission. It is a combination of presentation and final interview where the interviewer (COO) asked you detailed questions regarding the case and you (e.g., how does this job fit your career, etc.). The whole process is rather relaxed and friendly.
