The first step was the aptitude and behavioural questionnaire. It said that it should take about 1-1.5 hours but it took more than 5 hours. It had mix of maths, english and behaviour questions.

Odd. The CEO interviewed me. Asked some standard questions, then proceeded to ask if I was planning to steal and sell their code multiple times. It was almost like he wanted me to say yes. He also talked about the force fun he requires every staff member to do off hours. After all this I got an offer. I was only given 24 hours to accept the offer, which I quickly declined.
