It was two phone and video calls and then an in person half day interview process where I presented to them, received a tour, and interviewed with several people from their team.

very in depth, took weeks, lots of people to interview with. Their process is lengthy requiring a lot of different levels of approvals prior to any onboarding. Depending on your position, it could go up to the president.
The first step was an initial phone screen. After that there was a formal interview with a panel of five people followed by a brief tour of the factory. They requested that I make a brief powerpoint describing my experience to present during the interview.
