Aptitude test with various problems. Had mathematical problems, English, patterns, spatial etc. Test was also timed at certain parts. Need to ensure that you have a reliable internet connection, as there is no way to pause assessment.

Take home code challenge to be done during a week (not time constrained really)
On-site:
- Describe and demo the code challenge (like a code review)
- Very Odd!! behavioral interview with COO

They have formulated/copied a cultural/value chart that is more like a summery version of Amazon LPs. Question COO asks are totally irrelevant to the job. like:
Who would you fire from your previous job? (he insists that you respond)
Who was the most likeable person in your previous job and how was he like...
What would you change in your previous workplace processes?
Again, most of the COO questions were only relevant to non-engineering/managerial roles.
Paul, R&D director, is nice and knows what to look for.
