I got called into a group interview and had to fill out application to give them a paper copy and there was another questionnaire then there were videos we watched. Then you do 2 weeks training on the floor approx. on 1st shift then you go to whatever shift your hired in for.

There wasn't much of an interview process, we just jumped right into training after they did background checks and drug screens through workplace health
