Written test, followed one interview with senior leadership which went excellent. Leadership panel was professional and excited after meeting my candidature. But unfortunately recruiter just ghosted me fir some reason. After 2 weeks and taking follow up with recruiter they hired another candidate and he wanted to put me as a standby option. Senior leadership with whom I met was excellent but very poor experience with the recruiter and the process. It is unethical.

Process was very straight forward. Initial convo with the recruiter, 1 interview with the hiring manager and then interview with 3 of the engineers I was going to be working with.
