I had a 30-minute screening interview, a 45-minute interview with the direct supervisor, and a third 1-hour interview with two others who would work in proximity to this position. Everyone was very friendly, supportive, and forthcoming in their answers to my questions. Scheduling was very easy.

I received a response from the recruiter relatively quickly after my application and made an appointment for a phone call. I prepared myself well for two days and was quite excited. However, no one from Pluralsight showed up for the confirmed appointment. I did not receive any more replies to my emails asking what happened. A few days after this negative experience, I then received a standardized e-mail that they had moved on with other applicants.
I don't expect to be told why I'm not a suitable candidate, and I'm happy for the person who ends up with the job. But I can expect that they will at least cancel a confirmed appointment or apologize for not showing up. Ghosting is absolutely unprofessional behavior.

An initial brief phone interview, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and another Zoom interview with a team member. In total 3 interview sessions. I have not heard back from the hiring team since the third interview.
