I only had a 30 minute phone interview. The recruiter kept me "on the hook" for 45 days. She'd email me every couple of weeks letting me know she was still screening applicants, thanked me for my patience, and told me not to contact her because she'd contact me. Then she emailed me that she was going to pursue other applicants. This was a BAD applicant experience!
