I applied online and was quickly asked to complete a questionnaire. Once the questionnaire was complete there was a scheduled phone call with the CEO that seemed to go well. My interview was dated weeks in the future which gave me pause. The interview was fairly simple as I met with several managers that feigned interest. I feel that they had already made their decision before I stepped into their office which was very small and didn't have much "energy".
