The interview process involved two face-to-face technical rounds, assessing problem-solving abilities, core subjects, and technical skills. Out of 31 shortlisted candidates, only five were offered jobs. The rounds were designed to identify strong candidates through a focus on coding, data structures, and overall technical expertise.

I reached out to HR for the backend position. In the 1st round (technical round), the interviewer asked questions in such a way that he was not interested. I convinced him, that I have basic skills for the requirements, and will learn, but he was not in a good mood.
