Lots of interviews and after didn’t get the position they had an initial short interview. Then one with a hiring manager. After that interview than one with a board of people on zoom. It was a lot of interviews to not get the position. Sounds like a fun and rewarding career though.

The interview process includes a screening from human resources and 1-2 panel interviews from representatives from management, education and clinical team. Focus was on computer saviness, comfort level with virtual communication and clinical care, comfort with being in a high volume call center and culture match.
