Everything with recruiting was fantastic. Incredible communication, quick responses, and super transparent with me. When I met with the hiring manager though, he seemed to have his mind already made up without meeting me prior. I joined the zoom meeting and he was just staring out of the window next to him. I had to get his attention for the interview to start. He then would ask me a question and would spend half the time I was answering staring out of the window next to him, and the other half clicking through pages on his other screen. Most questions were irrelevant to the position I was interviewing for and were more curiosity questions about the company that I work for and their business model. Definitely seemed like a formality rather than a genuine interview. Just an awkward and unprofessional 20 minutes.
