1:) Initial Phone Screen with a Recruiter to discuss fit and goals. 30 mins
2:) Panel Interview w/ 2 Department Managers (does include role play) 30-45 mins
3:) Senior Management Interview 15-30 mins
The entire process took less than a week. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in getting to know you. Atmosphere is laid back.

Pretty straightforward, one interview with would be manager speaking about past experiences and general skills, then interview with VP of sales detailing company operating procedures. Very lenient interview process and nothing too strenuous

I had one interview and then they ghosted me despite me reaching out a few different times. They could be better about telling me no instead of nothing. It would leave a better taste in my mouth if I ever decided to apply again.

HR was just screening through applicants as if she just needs to quickly pick someone to fill the role and she does not listen to what you have to say when she speaks to you. Conversation was not pleasant at all, with a take it or leave it attitude.
