The recruiter phone screen went well, hiring manager interview also was smooth, but then it took almost two weeks to hear about next steps (and the recruiter didn't respond when I checked in via email/text) and they asked me to do a long, complicated project sent at 6pm on a Friday with the interview to present my completed project on a Monday. Something didn't feel right with them and I canceled my interview. I have seen the same job reposted over and over for a few months and it makes me wonder if they're just getting people to do the project for free work.
