Very extensive. Three to four rounds of interviews. Hirevue, followed by a phone screening, then two zoom interviews with more casing. emphasis on fit and personality. People were very kind and thorough, willing to answer any and all questions.

Overall great process. Everyone that I had the pleasure of talking to was super helpful and welcoming. I felt that they truly cared and wanted to help me succeed. The interview process was less stressful than I thought, especially because the interviewers did their best to relieve any pressure by being personable and understanding. In addition, they were always reaching out throughout the process to ask if I had any questions or needed any assistance. First interview was a 30 minute conversation about who you are and why PointB. The second and third interviews were both an hour and a half where you answer behavioral questions, present a deliverable, and then answer a case question.
