Colloquio
First there is a phone interview before sending you to a facility to interview. Interview is comprised of basic questions and two tests. The tests consist of a basic personality quiz and a common skill test to see if you qualify to work at the facility. However, the quizzes are simple and easy without much chance of failure because of the ability to use a calculator and having a large amount of time.
