I was first contacted by a recruiter hired by Point To Point to set up an interview. I conducted a phone interview with her, and it was successful. The next round was in person with three people from Point To Point: the head of the operations team along with two people from the account team. The third round was a presentation of a successful project to the account team, I was then contacted with an offer for the position. Overall, it was a very professional process.

Quick screening call, followed by a longer call with hiring manager. Didnt get the job, but the process was good. I like the human resources team that i talked with.
