I was first contacted by a recruiter hired by Point To Point to set up an interview. I conducted a phone interview with her, and it was successful. The next round was in person with three people from Point To Point: the head of the operations team along with two people from the account team. The third round was a presentation of a successful project to the account team, I was then contacted with an offer for the position. Overall, it was a very professional process.

Had an initial screening with the recruiter which was very easy and only took about 15 minutes. She asked me basic questions and told me about the position. I then had a second round phone interview with the Senior Account Director. This interview lasted about 45 minutes, and we basically talked about my experience, the position and what qualities they are looking for. It was a fairly easy interview and the interviewer was extremely nice.
