Few phone interviews with HR then a skype interview with people in different departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations. Only was done via skype because I could not come into their offices because I am at school. Spoke with all very nice people and had a pleasant experience with each one. Generally just asked about stuff on my resume with occasional strength/weakness personality questions.

First you do a video record interview which asks you 5 questions, then you speak with an hr rep over the phone about the position for 30-45 mins, and then after that you will do a office/skype interview.
