Mostly behavioral in first round. The interview was an hour long and covered several aspects of my personal life/personality. It wasn't particularly challenging, and there were no technical questions.

What was a challenge you faced while working in a group?

CV screen followed by case study, comparing two businesses and a pitch at the end, followed by HR screen. I’m on the website to find out about remaining stages, was told only two more interviews.
Three rounds: initial case study, then hr call, then coaching round, sometimes an additional coaching round. The process was really slow, and the turn around of each round takes up to two weeks.
