Group meeting where they describe the product, company and role. They also answer questions the group has about the product etc. You then are sat in the kitchen and called up one by one for a “interview”. Seemed like everyone got 5 minutes on the one on one. It was a complete waste of time. It’s pretty awkward sitting in the kitchen area when all the other employees are milling around, making their lunches and then sitting down next to you while you wait to go up. It’s not a job I would have wanted in the end but they do not value your time at all. I also was told to follow up the next week if I hadn’t heard back from them and, in the interest of remaining professional, I called and left a message and also emailed. They didn’t respond at all. I write this review to warn any people that may take time out of work to attend a interview, it’s a complete waste as they will not even have the decency to bring an appropriate closure to your application. Clever product, terrible respect for applicants.
