The interview process was well-organized and smoothly coordinated by the HR . It included three rounds — an initial HR discussion, a detailed session with the Hiring Manager, and a final onsite 5 hour panel interview. During the onsite visit, there was also a fab tour with the manager, where I was asked technical and situational questions related to semiconductor manufacturing processes. Overall, the experience was structured, professional, and provided a clear understanding of the role and the company’s growth direction. The process was too dragged out as there was atleast 2 weeks between each round.
