One of unprofessional interview I have appeared for. Interviewer was discussing with his friend about my salary and other stuff. His colleague/Friend was prompting him to ask the question seems he was not sure what to ask. Over skype/phone he was expecting to design the data model. Interviewer is face of any organisation and he should give respect to the candidate and should not make the jokes of his answers/skills.
