It was a video interview which lasted an hour or so. The interviewer provided a detailed description of the job as well as the company and what is expected of the potential hire. Asked to demonstrate my writing skills by handing in an assignment prior to the interview. After the video interview, I was invited to come in to the office for the second interview. I was then asked to talk more about my experiences in detail. At the end of it I was asked to write a 10 line response to a questions they provided me in order to test my writing skills further.
