It was friendly. Honest and felt like a safe environment to talk openly about realities of the job, rather than sugarcoating it and finding out after already accepting. Haven’t had interview like that before so at first felt like they were trying to push me away, but they were actually trying to ensure I knew what was expected so I wouldn’t be shocked and leave soon after starting
