Process started our great, met with the SE Director and he gave impressions that I was a finalist. Was rushed the next day to an assessment test and told I would be contacted for an interview with the president. Next day they noted they hired someone else, seems a bit off to have candidates in the pipeline but pull the trigger on a single hire.
