Interview process was laid back. First interview was with HR and then multiple people from management in production. Mostly everyone was late to their interview time slot. Not enough professionalism from the staff.

The interview process is quite long and thorough. You interview with HR first, then the Director of Production, followed by the three first shift team leads, and concluding with the night shift team lead. It's all a bit scripted, but the content is fair. One thing I did not like was that each interview party insisted that I would constantly be learning new processes regularly. This proved to be untrue, as I was tagged to work on a specific product with no end in sight. The same proved true for many other employees, who were growing bored with the exact same day-to-day. The interview lasted 2-3 hours, and concluded with an offer. I felt it could have been shorter, especially since I was quite clear that I was not interested in working night shift; I still had to wait and meet with the night shift supervisor who was curious if I'd like the be on his shift.
