Lengthy application submission process via their company website. I received a telephone call to schedule an interview. Then received an invitation to schedule a second interview with a different manager. About a week later I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview. After being selected to join the team, I received one-week of training with several exams.

It's a thorough interview in three parts where you get to know up to three managers before you are hired. Its two phone interviews and one in person. They really want to get to know you before the in person interview.
