I had 2 interviews for my role as an executive. The 1st was relatively relaxed, we talked about my background, degree, and past experience, which was with my direct manager. The 2nd was more about past projects, more detailed about the role and a member of senior management joined.

There is a 2 stage interview process. Including a test. First one is on teams. Second one was face to face in their Poole HQ, which also included a small test.
