It was quite a long interview, lasted about 40 mins. Was interviewed by 2 owners. They haven't interviewed people before so they asked a lot of questions. Lots of personality and customer-related questions. Once the interview was over, they asked if I had any questions I wanted to ask them. Pretty standard.
