hiring process is slow, only one guy approves all new hires and increments in pay. been there 2 years no bonus what so ever no maintenance department, fix it yourself, you need to work out of pride they tell you to be the best for you but the company doesn't give any incentives

This interview process was a good experience. I submitted my application and within a few days I was called for an interview. They asked questions about inventory control and labor controls and cost.
