I was recruited via LinkedIn in March and went through final rounds until end of July - yes you heard that right.
TLDR; save your energy, the role is probably not real, they will ask you to do free labor and when you call them on it, they will respond with “thanks for the feedback”

The interview process at Popular Bank included a phone interview, a video interview, and an in-person meeting with the branch managers. Each lasted about an hour and focused on behavioral questions—though many didn’t seem relevant to the job.
The whole process felt disorganized. Communication was really slow, and I had to follow up multiple times just to hear back. Emails went unanswered, and I ended up having to call HR myself for updates. During the in-person interview, the managers even spoke poorly about a former employee, which was a major red flag.
Overall, not a great experience. Even if I had gotten an offer, I wouldn’t have accepted. There are definitely better banks out there to work for.
