Erstgespräch 1:1 via Telefon, dann Zweitgespräch Online mit 2 weiteren Kollegen. Nett und freundlich, sofort beim "Du". Man interessierte sich viel dafür, warum "Porsche", welche Motivation hinter der Bewerbung stand. Man war offen gegenüber Lebensläufen, die nicht geradlinig verlaufen. Dennoch schien es wichtig zu sein, auf welcher Uni man war. Viele Fragen, die aufdecken sollten, ob man sich wirklich mit der Thematik der Abteilung beschäftigt hat und ob das Interesse echt ist - auch in Bezug auf angegebene, eigene Stärken.

The interview process is generally very easy. Basic questions about technical skills like excel, power BI, etc. There are some behavioural questions as well. Overall the process is really easy and fast.
