Went through 3 steps - initial telephone call, followed by two face to face interviews at the Head Offices. Initially told if I couldn't make the telephone call when convenient to them, then that would be the only opportunity to progress the application further. First f2f went well and liked both guys. Unfortunately, on the second f2f, one interviewee's comments suggested that he had already made his decision so I knew I wasn't going to be offered the role before it was even over (a Freudian slip I believe). Didn't have the decency to give any feedback when saying I hadn't got the role after investing time and effort to meet with them. Due to the caliber of that second interview, I can only put it down to myself being female. It was only a Deputy role and I knew I was more than capable of doing it. Very disappointed
