Ironically, their interview process is everything but human-centred. The initial phone screening was as expected, but second round “technical” interview was completely unprofessional. Any good strategic designer would laugh at the type of questions the hiring consultant deemed as “technical”. However, it gave me a great insight into the potential cracks within Portable’s capabilities.
