I have been stood up.
I arrived at the establishment and asked a staff member for the employer/manager, yet nobody showed up.
After a half-hour has passed, I have never heard anything from the higher-ups.
No follow-up, no reschedule, nothing.

It was a fairly standard interview process, nothing designed to trip you up. Had an in-person interview with a manager in their restaurant. Have a positive attitude and some work experience and you'll do great.
