I began the day by arriving at the office in the morning and meeting the team. I was then asked to complete some forms before being introduced to the Arrivals Coordinator, whom I would be shadowing for the day. The team were very welcoming, and I was given a clear insight into a typical day in the role of an Arrivals Coordinator. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, which helped me gain a better understanding of the responsibilities involved. After shadowing, I returned to the office to complete my interview. The interview went well, and I really enjoyed the experience. Throughout the process, I felt listened to, valued, and well considered.
