Two Step Process: 1) 4:1 Group Panel Interview with Director of PM/QA/HR and three other Project Managers, 2) 3:1 Group Panel Interview with Director of PM/QA/HR, Director of Software Engineering, and Director of Business Development. It was supposed to have been a 4:1 with additional Director of UX Design. Short and sweet interview process. A welcome relief compared to other interview gauntlets I have experienced.
