The interview process was rather below standards. Was asked to source resumes but when the HR executive logged into the monster portal and gave the system to me, it stated that they needed to pay for their employer login!! Did not leave a good impression on me ! I definitely did not want to work for a company which could not afford to keep their monster portal updated!
