The intake process at Positive Behavior Solutions Corporation involves referral review, initial family contact, consent and documentation collection, comprehensive assessments, insurance authorization, treatment planning, and assignment of qualified clinical staff to begin services. Everything is virtual

Interviews are sent through videos, then phone call, then I complete pre-hire documentation to complete what is needed. Then I go through detailed training paid by PBS for free. I must pass the exam first in order to work for them.

There was a video interview that I had to record that was kind of long, and then someone from HR contacted me to speak in more depth. Overall it was a good interview experience.
