I applied to android developer position First, talked with recruiter. She was very professional. She took all details and quickly scheduled interview with technical team. Second, phone screen one of the android guy in team. And it was one of the worst interview experience I had till now. He called me on skype. He started with some general question about android and few basic algorithmic questions. After 30 mins or so he asked to do coding question. At first I understood question a little bit wrong and told him solution. Then he explained again. Now this time I told him solution according to his requirements. But he was messaging co-workers solving their issues, in between seeing phone reading emails. So, I explained multiple times and every time he was doing something else. He did not even permitting to write code until he was sure about solutions (Sometime seeing code gives some clear idea that was my intention) And finally after 55 mins in call he understood what I was saying then told to write code. But by the time these thing happen I lost all interest in working for such company who does not respect other people. Makes me clear why their app is so low rated in play store
