There wasnt really an interview, just an explanation of the job. They basically took our information and then showed us a video on how postmate is done. The outcome is getting to learn how to work for postmates. Overall it was easy.

The interview process is a video orientation on how Postmates works. After the video, the conductor asks if anybody has any questions, following with a card asking if you would like to work for Postmates.
