Had an initial review with them and then they had me come back for a group interview. The process was kind of bizarre but ended up being okay. It was pretty interesting to see exactly who your direct competition was. The 1:1 interview was about an hour and the group interview was around 2 hours. All pretty standard questions, nothing too out there.

They are pretty interested in your general career arc. They ask questions to get a sense of who you are as much as what you can do. Culture fit is a big part of hiring.
