After filling out an online application I was contacted by a recruiter with PDI and had an informal interview just discussing my experience and PDI's history. They then set up a formal interview to be conducted by phone. After this I met with the Denver CM and had an in person interview. After completing this they schedule me to fly to Florida all expenses paid of course and went threw their testing requirements to ensure my capabilities were what I said they were. Following this I was sent an offer and I accepted.
