After researching the company, I was excited to have the opportunity to apply and speak to a recruiter about a role on the Human Resources team. The recruiter joined the call nearly ten minutes late and had no idea what position I was interviewing for. We were also joined on the call by another individual who stayed muted and off camera for the entire call and was never introduced on the call. From start to finish, everything about the interview made me feel uncomfortable to the point where Power Design went from the top of the list of companies I was interested in, to the bottom. For a company who puts so much effort into communicating their culture to prospective employees on their website, I expected a more professional and culture-driven interview experience.
