Once my application was submitted I was contacted very quickly. Initially had a phone interview and then a multi phase in person interview but all that was accomplished in a week. I was given very realistic expectations of my position and the training process. I was told about the challenges and benefits of the position I was seeking.

First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.
Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
