So I received a call from one of the recruiters for the first phone interview, that lasted only about 10 mins. Then came into the office a couple days later and met the hiring manager as well as the Vice President, interviewed lasted an hour at most. Got hired that day.
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
