Interview process was laid back and focused on getting to know me versus drilling me with questions. The company is very concerned about bringing on the right type of people.

After telling me about the company, you are tasked with reason you think you shouldn’t work there.
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
