2 Interview process, the first one is like any other interview, it's all about getting to know you, your qualifications and experience. The second interview, was all about the compensation and specifics about the job.
Spoke with internal recruiter. than spoke with director of marketing. than spoke with Regional VP of marketing. The first interview was on the phone and than the 2nd and 3rd were on site. I had a great experience and ended up accepting the job shortly after.
