The phone screening was longer because they tell you about the company for most of it. Second interview had more questions about your experience. Last one was more specific and making sure you're cut out for the job.

First you get a phone interview. They explain the position and explain the position well. Then you’ll have a in person interview. The interview process is fairly easy if you’ve been in sales before.

Interview process was pretty standard. They really give you a feel for the company. Expect to be asked questions on how you would handle certain situations. There will be plenty of videos and plenty of chances to ask a lot of questions, especially if you are new to sales.
